I didn’t come from a tech background — I studied psychology and began my career understanding people, behavior, and products through data.
My first job was in an automotive leasing company as a service planning staff, where I worked with vehicle leasing datasets. I analyzed vehicle usage and contract termination data to support auction planning, helping the team optimize resale value through data-driven strategies.
Later, I moved into a role as a Consumer Insight Analyst at a content and social commerce platform. I conducted surveys and research across social media and e-commerce channels, helping businesses understand customer and user needs, behaviors, and trends through insights. It was in this role that I began to see the power of data beyond just reporting — the value of patterns, predictions, and action-driven insights.
That curiosity led me to explore the technical side of data. I moved to Sydney, Australia and completed a Diploma in IT, while diving deeper into tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and hands-on analytics projects — many of which I’ve shared here. I may not hold a formal analyst title yet, but I’m constantly building, breaking, learning, and growing through real-world practice.
I learn best by doing — even if that means making mistakes first. I ask a lot of questions, sometimes overcomplicate things, but always come out with a better understanding and a sharper skill set.
Beyond data, I enjoy reading and listening about personal growth and financial independence. I’m into games, café hopping, discovering good food (and secretly ranking it like Michelin's Guide — but it’s Prim’s Guide 😆), and reflecting on small, meaningful things in life.
